Last week i undertook a mini unexpected makeover. I did the chop! Yes, my hairdresser at Kevin McKenzie hair snipped all my locks into a short and sophisticated bob. Cutting off a few inches of my hair is enough to give me anxiety, so evidently the change completely freaked me out.
I spent the 1st day hiding my new style in a low poney tail in total short hair denial. I visited Nicola Finetti's showroom to be dressed in a new look for Fashion Palettes birthday, where Nicola Finetti was launching their new 2013/2014 summer collection. It took a few short minutes of my dear friend Karolina Karolinka (creative director and stylist) to change my hair anxiety into hair excitement, its amazing what a new designer dress can do. Karolina styled me in a fitted wine toned look that soon washed all my hair worries away.
The dress is one of those great pecies that works from office to after work drinks and everywhere in between. It's sophisticated and conservative in its cut but still edgy with the leather detail in the waist. Nothing beats being practical and looking super chic all at the same time.
