HAHA I have to laugh Jake and I both having a Vain hair moment!
Interviewing- A friend in fashion Blogger Jasmine
Day two MBAFW.
Phones. Cameras. Laptops.
I swear the "fash pack" spend more time looking at screens than they do runways!!!!
The second the lights go on at any given show, at fashion week 100 screens alight ready to snap, attach and send to the world of the social media.
It is actually insane!
Majority of people at fashion week watch shows through the pixels on there screens, all the while the REAL THING, raw and unpixilated is happening right in front of them. But it is not just the shows this happens at, the surrounding fashion week streets become a gorilla street show of people oblivious to their surroundings whilst strutting there stuff (I am one of these people). Mind you they are completely on the ball as to what is going down in the twitterverse.
Today I got a bit sick of it all... and spent the day with some real people. I interviewed some friends, Jake Gordon who is Australia's 1st international indigenous male modelexport and a fellow blogger pal Jasmine from the blog friend in fashion. I watched a few shows and just tried to soak up how lucky I am to be spending the week working at MBAFW and to have Sydney harbour as my office. :)

Just a reminder if you tweet in heels you might trip, so beware...
Today I wore
My Paul and Joe dress that is 100% silk long sleeved and high-necked. A lot more prissy that my normal wardrobe, however its a timeless dress that I splurged on that lets hope I keep for a long time to come. My boots are purple Betts I can not tell you how comfy and fun they are, and my coat is Honey and Beau I've never been a coat person until I fell in love with all honey and beau's coloured coats they are chic affordable on trend and super warm :) Sunnies are Roxy

This is insane. sounds like you're having a BLAST!! The dress looks stuuuuning. you rock babe

I went to Doll House and had the worst experience of my life. I ordered a dress 3 months before my formal and it didn’t come in. she told me the dress was customized but was told a week before my formal that they could not do it and was told to chose another dress from the shop which upset me as I had my heart set on the dress I ordered. Thank you Doll House for destroying my only formal it was the worst time.
